All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from date of inquiry.

SHOP MINIMUM- $35

APPAREL QUOTES & MINIMUMS

All quotes given are for Youth sizes through Adult Extra Large. Please add $2 for 2X, $3 for 3X, and so forth. Our screen print minimum is 12. There are other methods we can use to produce a design if need be, but the design intricacy will dictate whether or not it can be done. There are no embroidery minimums. Additional shipping charges may apply for smaller or rush orders.

ART CHARGES

Muddy Feet Graphics assesses the need for an art or set-up fee on all projects. If a project requires extensive preparation in order to complete the order, a reasonable hourly fee will be applied to the project. We have guidelines which will help you either prepare and submit the artwork yourself or consider what you request of us in order to minimize the fee. We do consider volume when we make this assessment as our costs are spread accordingly, so each project is unique when this assessment is made.

 TURNAROUND

Normal screen print and embroidery turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from the time artwork is approved or when the order is placed (if the order is placed after artwork is complete). If you need something done sooner than 2 weeks, please let us know and we can try to fit you into our schedule to meet your deadline.

 APPAREL DISCLAIMER

We represent many brands and styles and these products are composed of varying materials. Sizing from brand to brand, style to style, and material to material varies greatly. When placing an order, please realize that we cannot anticipate your preference for fit or how these materials will respond to your washing and drying routine. We cannot be responsible for sizing or material choices.

We are not responsible for items supplied to us that are damaged. If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us within 10 business days from pick up.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at inkstitch@muddyfeetgraphics.com.
